Elysian Luxury pieces are inspired by greek images and earthly colors. They are handmade with the best quality Italian leather in Greece and designed with love.

1. Formation of Contract

1. By clicking on "Buy now", you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail acknowledgment of your order. This confirms that we have received your order but is not an acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is formed when the items have been despatched.
2. If you select in the checkout to offset the carbon footprint for your order, this is part of the purchase contract. You are informed about the amount of the contribution in the checkout before placing the order.
3. In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will let you know as soon as we can and, where payment has already been made, make a refund to your payment.

2. Prices, shipping costs, and delivery

1. All prices on the Elysian-Luxury.com website te are given in Euros. The prices given on the website on the date the order is placed shall apply. The stated prices are final prices (totals) and include any applicable delivery charge and value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate.
2. All our products for sale are available upon request only and available for dispatch from our distribution center 15 days from our customer’s specific order.  
3.  Shipping in Greece is run by Geniki Tahidromiki courier. For orders of 100€ or above within the country, there is no shipping charge. Orders of less than 100€ within Greece shall incur a standard shipping charge of 10€ including VAT.
4. We also deliver around the globe with UPS Worldwide at the expense of 15 euros per order with an approximate time of delivery ranging from 5-7 working days which may be prone to delays. You are kindly reminded that p.o. boxes are not our recipients.
5. Orders are dispatched within one working day, as long as the product is in stock.

3. Return of merchandising

1. We offer you the option of returning items within 14 days of you receiving them.
2. Your exercise of this return option is limited to unworn items that you have worn/tried on only as you would have in a shop. All returned items must be returned in their original condition, intact and undamaged, and in their original packaging.
3. We do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to purchase a new item, please place a new order.

We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit card, and payment through Paypal We also accept cash on delivery within Greece, with an extra fee of 7€.

We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods for a given order and to refer to other payment methods. You are responsible for any costs associated with money transactions.
